Can I sign up with my Microsoft School/Work account?

Yes.

Click on person icon on slides365 app top menu bar.
Use” Sign Up with Microsoft ” option .

How can I see my past orders? Can I download slides that were ordered earlier?

You can view your orders for the past 6 months in Order History section of Account page .You can download slides ordered in the past 6 months anytime from order history.

I do not have any amount in wallet, and I have not purchased any package. Can I buy slides?

You need to purchase a package to buy slides. Go to “BUY PACKAGES” in the top menu to buy a package.

Can I login with company ID?

if you are using Microsoft work/school account, Then you can sign in with Microsoft.

You can use sign in with google, if your company account is google account

Can I downgrade my plan?

I do not have a Google or Microsoft account. How can I sign up?

You can sign up with email ID

What happens if the package amount is not used up within the validity period?

The package will be expired, and the amount deduced from wallet.

Example. if you buy USD 30 for 3 months package on 2 Jan, 2024 and amount is not used up.

User buys 2 slides worth totally USD 25 on 1st Feb 2024. Wallet amount now becomes USD 5.

On 1st Apr 2024, amount will be USD 5.
On 2nd April 2024, the package expires, and wallet amount becomes 0 (zero).

am a registered user of Slides365. But when I tried to login, I was asked to create account.

Please create your account. You'll see your past orders in 2-3 days.

I am a registered user of Slides365. I normally login with Email ID and password.
However, I'm getting message - "Your email address or password is incorrect". How can Iogin?

Please click on "Forgot password?" and reset your password. You can now login with your new password.

When I login using "Sign in with Microsoft", the page shows error. How can I login ?

Please close the login popup and try after sometime.
